About the Position:
As a key member of our team, you will lead and contribute to research and development in the groundbreaking field of carbon capture. Working alongside leading researchers, you will have access to advanced facilities to support your work.
Role & Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in advancing our research efforts in carbon capture, including:
- Securing grants from national and international research funds.
- Conducting and optimizing experiments and methodologies for carbon capture.
- Investigating and developing carbon capture processes for high-value compounds.
- Collaborating with academia and industry for cooperative development.
- Analyzing data, preparing reports, writing scientific articles, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate the ability to lead research teams, including students and post-doctoral researchers, and to develop research programs within and outside the Institute, emphasizing the importance of these fields for industrial applications.
Requirements:
- A doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. Post-doctoral experience is preferred.
- Previous research experience in carbon capture is an advantage.
- Strong publication record in related disciplines is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse research environment.
