The team of the project, held a workshop, with the heads of municipal departments of Shafa’amr, as part of the project “Building Professional Expertise and Localized Knowledge for Collaborative Climate Resilience in Shafa’amr”, the first workshop was operational and institutional assessment needs, and the second was building an action plan for adaptation with the locality departments.
During the workshop, the practical objectives were defined, the success factors were visualized for the next year, distribution of responsibilities and action plan were built to engage the community and determining the launch of full capacity building training course in the near future.
